Academics Overview

Undergraduate students can choose from more than 50 majors through the College of Liberal Arts and the Schools of Business, Communications and Health Sciences. Freshmen entry-level master degree programs are available in education, occupational therapy and physician assistant. Physical Therapy is a 6 1/2 year freshmen entry-level doctorate program (DPT).

Graduate students specialize in law, accounting, business, health management, computer information systems, journalism, interactive communications, education, and health science programs for physician assistant, pathologist’s assistant, medical and laboratory sciences, molecular and cell biology, forensic nursing, and nurse practitioner. The Quinnipiac School of Law occupies a $20 million state-of-the-art Law Center building on campus.
