A superb restaurant on a street with several other good restaurants. The cuisine is primarily Italian: our favorite dish is the filet mignon, but there are plenty of others. The atmosphere is easy-going in keeping with a Riverdale establishment, the service excellent. The desserts, especially the ice cream preparations, are memorable. Out of town guests will be delighted, as will the mid-Manhattan theater crowd (the owners had theater careers before they launched this restaurant).
